For your privacy, please use your room’s
Do Not Disturb Sign and call our reception should you require your telephone to
be blocked from any incoming call for your absolute privacy.
Your Do Not
Disturb sign is located on the back of your room’s main door.
Abisha Hotel
Sanur will prioritize the guest’s privacy, hence we would like to recommend you
to call our reception or communicate with our butler should you require your hotel
to be cleaned.
Our butler
will be available all day long to provide your breakfast, afternoon tea, clean
your villa as well as handle all of your enquiries.

POOL SAFETY
Abisha Hotel
Sanur has a stunning main pool in each villa, if necessary in order to ensure
your stay will be more comfortable with us.
For your
information main pool’s depth is equally 1.5 meter for pool adult and 60 centimeter
for pool kids. Abisha Hotel Sanur does not take any responsibility of any
accident or incident occurs in main pool, hence the safety will be on the
guest’s own risk.

During your
stay, should you find something does not operate as it should be in your room,

AREA INFORMATION
TEMPLES
Blanjong Temple is an area located in
Intaran Village, Sanur, South Denpasar District, Denpasar City, Bali. In the
Blanjong Temple area there is a famous cultural site, namely the Pilar
Inscription (eventually known as the Blanjong Inscription). The Blanjong
Inscription is located in the Blanjong Temple area of Sanur. It is located
approximately 1,4 kilometers from Abisha
Hotel Sanur.
BEACH
Mertasari Beach, located at the southern end of Sanur
Beach. The beach is located approximately
2,5 kilometers from Abisha Hotel Sanur. The beach is
geared more towards local activities, such as fishing and boating, but you’ll
find a wide range of water sports along the coast. You can get to this beach
from Sanur via a beachfront pathway. Locals often use it for cycling and
jogging in the early mornings.
DENPASAR
Denpasar area is just 15 minutes drive
from Abisha Hotel Sanur. Denpasar is the largest city and capital of the island
of Bali, Indonesia. Denpasar is a bustling, multi-cultural city and although it
can seem a little intimidating the first time you visit, just do not believe
those travel guides which say it has nothing to offer.

SEMINYAK
The well known of Seminyak area is 28 minutes
drive from Abisha Hotel Sanur. This area offers a large selection of
restaurants, fashion boutiques and a popular night life spot.

KUTA
As the same as Seminyak, Kuta is also
one of the most well known area in Bali.
The very amazing Kuta Beach is also located on this area, and it is just
have a short distance from Seminyak area. Visiting this spot combining with
Seminyak area is highly recommended
during your stay.

We accept either by cash or credit card for bill
settlement. For your note, we only
accept payment by Visa or Master Card for the credit card, and all of the room
charges as well as the incidentals bills will be subject to 21% for government

Please contact our reception should you require a doctor or
a dentist assistance.
For an emergency requirement, we recommend Remedium Clinic
and Bali Mandara Hospital as they both are professional in provide the medical
assistance.
The doctor visit is available and we would be pleased to
manage this arrangement for you.
ELECTRICITY
Our power supply is 220 Voltage, and we provide a
transformer on request should you need to adjust the voltage to be suit with
your electronic device.
FIRE EMERGENCY
For the guest’s safety our hotel is completed with an
individual smoke detector. Fire extinguisher is also available.
Please kindly advise us immediately in the case you
indicating smoke or fire in the area of Abisha89 Hotel Sanur
AIR CONDITIONER
We
provide an air conditioner with individually remote control in your bed room.
Should you prefer to have a cool temperature in your room, please ensure to close all of the doors properly

please feel free to contact our reception. Our staff will come to your villa in
a minute to transfer your luggage to the lobby.

Please keep an eye to your children when they are using the
pool, and please note the floor will be
very slippery when wet. Abisha Hotel
Sanur will not take any responsibility for any accidents happen in main pool
area.
SHOPPING
Sanur, Denpasar and Seminyak Area are good places as your
shopping spot. Please contact our reception should you need a transportation to
get there.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX
Please use your safety deposit box which placed in your wardrobe
to keep your valuable items or feel free to keep those to our reception safe,
if necessary.
